Database Maintenance on Saturday, 11th of April 2020

On Saturday, April 11th travis-ci.com will be down for planned maintenance for around 9 hours starting at 4 am UTC+0. We will be performing some necessary large database maintenance on the platform. travis-ci.org remains fully operational during that time.

What will happen?

During this time, your builds triggered via GitHub will still be accepted, but all public services (including api.travis-ci.com) cannot be reached. Any scheduled or running builds will be canceled and re-enqueued to begin running after the maintenance window has concluded. As a result, it is possible that your builds will be delayed directly after the maintenance window while we process the backlog.

You do not need to take any action except IP address safelist updates prior to the maintenance. If some of your builds are running at the start of the maintenance window we will cancel and schedule them to re-run right after the maintenance has been completed.

What will change after the maintenance?

travis-ci.com API IP addresses will be changed and announced a week before the downtime. Stay tuned for updates on our blog and Twitter and by following our status page.
